Customize sidebar collaboration Teams chat - Service Operation Worksapce

When access a INC through the Service Operational Workspace, there is a option to open a chat via Teams, as shown in the image1.

When pressing the + option a window is display to select users and groups. If a group is selected all the members are shown in the Particioants field with the satus of teams as shown in the image2.

Where (scripts) we can custom if possible, to after pressing the group, all members are shown, expect for the ones that are offline in teams ?

After the chat in teams is opened, the users can not longer access the chat on teams if the inc is resolved. Is there a chance to leave the chat open in teams, regardless the state of the inc ? where could it be cutomized?

Did someone have a usecase like this to customizes?
