Customize the "My Requests" widget - add more filters

Hello Experts,

I need to customize the "my requests" widget to add there a new filter in addition to the ootb (open and closed requests) filter. 

the new filter should filter the by the table of the cases (hrc) by the IT cases and the HR cases. in addition need to add the the table of the case in the list it self as as a column.

there is any solution so i can use it in the ootb widget after clone of course?

yes i followed this documentation, it's part of the solution, but it was not enough since i'm searching for a way to add a filter selector on the widget that i can use. (filter selector for different types of the requests - i meant) and not just to keep filter open/closed cases only.

Hey Firas, did you ever find a solution on this? I also have a demand to be able to filter out more specific types of records?
