Hi,
On my instance we have set the UI timeout (glide.ui.session_timeout) to 120 minutes. This would ensure that users get logged out after 2 hours. We are using out identity provider for authentication. At the same time side_door is kept enabled for administrators.
I have new reqiuremnet, where we would like to display a particular dashboard on a Monitor or TV which is shown to the employees in the corridor. This would be relayed using rasberry pi, so it would access a URL with a user id and password.
Now since the time out is set for 2 hours, I think the session would be logged out after 2 hours.
Is there a way to ensure that the logout does not happen when using the side_door ? Or some other way I can achieve this ?
How do I pass the authentication information in URL?
Thank you in advance for sharing your advice.

These links no longer work. Is there an updated link?
