Can you help me out with how can I get the Dashboard Value in this content box?

Thank you

Hi @Mayur Patil2 ,

Hope you are doing great.

. Here are the steps to help you retrieve the Dashboard Value:

  1. Go to the UI Builder in your ServiceNow instance.
  2. Open the home page where you want to add the Dashboard.
  3. Within the UI Builder, locate the content box where you want to display the Dashboard.
  4. Click on the content box to access its properties and configuration options.
  5. Look for the setting related to the Dashboard selection, which could be named "Dashboard" or similar.
  6. Check if the correct Dashboard is chosen from the available options. If not, select the appropriate Dashboard that you want to display in the content box.
  7. If there are no Dashboards available in the selection list, it could mean that no Dashboards have been created or made accessible in your instance. In that case, you need to create or import a Dashboard before it can be displayed.
  8. Save the changes made to the content box configuration.
  9. Preview or publish the home page to see the updated content box with the Dashboard.

The availability of Dashboards in the content box depends on the configuration and permissions. If you are unable to see any Dashboards or encounter any issues, it may be necessary to check your user roles and permissions, as well as ensure that the Dashboards are properly created and published.
