Dashboard is not visible to anyone except Admin

Hi all,

 

There is a dashboard we have created and add some certain roles to show to  particular user but even providing the roles to the users they are not able to see only admin is able to see. additionally there is application admin also not able to see.

What could be the possible reason.

It is created in the par_dashboard table

Technically, the user can access it. Please share the dashboard link with them and ask them to check.
