Dashboard List View

Hello,

I know this is simple or at least it should be as the User isn't listed in the List Applicabilities, but I am still seeing the option on the Home Page dashboard as shown below.  How do I remove that from that side view as I only need the Home page?

Sorry Ravi, that wasn't the issue and I am still seeing this in the side bar menu.  Any other insight would be greatly appreciated.

I already removed the User role from Applicabilities in the UI Builder, and now the lists are no longer showing, but this is still showing on the side navigation bar.

you can only control that from chrome_toolbar, as I mentioned in previous comment

yes, that will remove for everyone if you remove it. You control with role. if you see that now it is available for  all ITIL users.
