Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with Data Archiving in ServiceNow Vancouver Patch 9 Hotfix 2a where related records aren't consistently being archived alongside the parent record.
Here's the scenario:
I'm archiving Cases.
I want to ensure related Requests, Request Items, and SC Tasks are also archived.
The Result:
Requestsare successfully archived.
Requested Item and their related:
Variables
Attachments
SLAs
...are all successfully archived.
SC Tasks have inconsistent results:
The SC Task itself and its Variables are archived.
The SC Task's SLA and Attachments on SCTASK are NOT archived.
Has anyone experienced this or have suggestions for troubleshooting why the SC Task's SLA and Attachments aren't being archived in this version?
