data management delete job didnt work

Hi all, I am trying to delete 927 records from the incident_sla table using "delete jobs" . I have created the job, added the criteria and executed. The job has run but the records have not been deleted.

am i being too impatient expecting the 927 records to go immediately or am i doing somehting wrong. Any pointers mcuh appreciated !

Hi @AEC ,

I believe it is definitely not because of the number of number of records. I have worked with it for Thousands of records.

Can you check with any other table records, ? Is it not working only on SLA or not on any table records. ?

I havent tried it on any other table records - great suggestion though, thanks ! I'll try on another table and see what happens

Hmmmm , interesting i've tried it on another table (cmdb_rel_ci) and it works aok ...

the delete jobs appear to work on the incident_sla table on our development instance, nut not on production.
