We have a database view that's used for reporting. It ties multiple tables together. However, when you report out you get duplicate cases because each child record appears as well. Is there any way to filter out the child records from reporting?

I know it's expected behavior. I am just wondering if there's any way to filter out the case duplicates so they have an accurate count?

Hi @Elizabeth26 ,
I don’t think so because there need to be a row for each correlation. E.g if there is 2 child task to an incident, then the parent incident will be shown 2 times - one time for each incident.
if the parent incident should show twice, what should then be shown in the column?
