Database view Report view problem

Hi Team , 

I have created a database view in production . 

Requester , reports like this : - 

Hi, it looks like I do not have the rights to view the created database view, and so I cannot confirm if it is created correctly. Can you assist with understanding what roles are required?

I have checked user profile these are roles user is having 

can any one please help me here , which role should i give to the user .

If i have to look ACL then please provide steps
