Datadog and ServiceNow Integration Issue

I'm trying to integrate Datadog and ServiceNow but as soon as I add Instance Name, Username and password in the Datadog to ServiceNow Integration Tile, I loose access to the ServiceNow. When I enter my Username and password on the ServiceNow Portal, it says invalid Username and Password. Using the admin account when checked it was observed that my account is getting locked out as soon as in integrate.

Update : I understood that my user doesn't have integration roles assigned, once my account was locked out i tried to create an integration using but I'm not able to see the following roles in the list

  • evt_mgmt_integration
  • x_datad_datadog.user

Did you install the update set that datadog provides? That has the x_datad_datadog.user role. Evt_mgmt_integration role, I believe comes from a plugin for event management
