Datadog Integration with ServiceNow

I`m working to integrate Datadog alerts with ServiceNow incidents when I trigger the alert the Servicenow is creating the incident however no information is populated only The subject and description.

 

How do I configure to get the customer name field and Priority?

 

I already follow the Datadog documentation I create the tiles but still not working.

 

Does someone have the same issue?

Do I need to have any information on Datadog Incident Tables?

Please check this video. It is from SN to SN integration but the facts / roots will remain same. For your side, yes the same user name must exists in Datadog.

Hi GregBortolotto,

I would be working on integrating Datadog with ServiceNow to create Incidents from alerts generated in Datadog. So far from the documentation from Datadog I have understood that there is a update set that we need to commit  in ServiceNow and some configurations have to be done on Datadog side. I also want to send the update on the incident to Datadog when incident is resolved in ServiceNow. Have you done it as part of your implementation. Would appreciate if you can share any document on your implementation steps/ insights.

Hi @Kalyani35did you figure out anything? same issue here, let me know your answer. 

@gauravxz , currently we are not sending any updates back to datadog. But sure they will have to provide us the API in case we want to send the updates from ServiceNow to Datadog. There was no other config info I found on datadog doc.
