Date format in displayed fields

We just upgraded to Utah and noticed the date format in fields is wonky. This is from a report that we are using on a dashboard. I checked my developer instance (also on Utah) and it is doing the same thing.

I checked the preference -> accessibility setting and it is turned off

And I checked the date time format preference -> Display

Is there somewhere else that I should look to fix this?

This is a bug with Utah that ServiceNow will have to fix.

Thank you JP, you found exactly what I was looking for. We are finding quite a few bugs in this release.

Hi JP,the same date issues iam also having in PRODUCTION instance which is upgraded to UTAH.But the thing is Devolopment and test instances are also upgraded to utah,but the date and time is working as expected.What might be the issue?
