Date range variable

Hi All,

Just a quick one to see if it is possible to have a date range variable?

We need customers to tell us when they ran a quote.   Often they will not know the exact date and time, so they provide a range e.g 07/11/2017 12:00 - 07/11/2017 13:00.

Is it possible to achieve this under 1 variable, or do we just need to add 2 date and time variables to the record producer to achieve this?

Hi Sam,



We do have report ranges but I doubt we have something of that sort OOB for Date range for a variable of record producer/item.

My thought is the latter.



However, if you're asking for a range of dates for report creation, consider offering some pre-defined ranges for quicker navigation, e.g.: last week, last month, last quarter, etc.
