Date Time Field not showing correct options

I have a date / time field on a custom table. When I go to filter options it does not show the correct options like other date time fields. What did I do wrong or what can I check?

I have never use Calendar Date/Time field. Maybe try switching it to a Date/Time field. If this custom table is already in prod try it subprod instance first. I don't know if this will cause data issue with records that already exist.
