date time oddity

Morning all

 

I have an oddity with the planned start and end time we are getting on an integration with change (don't ask) We are getting the correct time, including BST on scheduled start but we are an hour early on the scheduled end time. Both fields are exactly the same, we are using the system time which is Europe London. I cant understand why we have this issue?

 

Any help would be appreciated

Is this continuously happening, or just on certain changes (I hope it's not related to summer time or anything like that).

I won't ask on the integration part, but can you show what you are getting in (and tell us how) and what exactly is done to transform the incoming data into the change record itself? That would help in pinpointing to a solution. Date/time can be a hassle in ServiceNow.
