Date/Time value is changed to 15 hours ago after process import

Hi All,

When I am trying to import value for Date/Time field, the date is set to 15 hours ago

For example, If I import 2020-11-01 00:00:00 in system it comes as 2020-10-31 09:00:00.

This is happening for all Date/Time fields present in my table.

Check the system timezone and the user timezone first怂

Hi

  1. Check User's Time Zone Settings:

    • Verify the time zone settings for your user profile in ServiceNow. Ensure it is correctly set to your local time zone.
  2. Instance Time Zone:

    • Confirm the time zone settings for your ServiceNow instance. Go to "System Properties" and check the "glide.sys.default.tz" property. It should be set to the desired default time zone.

I checked User's Time Zone and Instance Time Zone, it is  Asia/Tokyo
