date variable is not showing in Subject

Hi All,

Email is not showing the Date variable in the Workflow notification Subject. Please see the screenshots attached.

Variable name : Disable IT Access (term_date). 

Disable IT Access is populating in the notification body and not in subject.

Please suggest.

It's correct and I have copied the variable backend name from the notification body which is already showing the date..
