Is there a way to deactivate a widget without deleting it entirely or without customizing a page directly? Just a general way of deactivating it.

there is no Active field for Widget; so you usually remove the widget from the page wherever it's used.

Hi @kyle231995 ,
I trust you are ding fine.
You can do this by following these steps:
- Go to the Service Portal page where the widget is located.
- Click on the "Edit" button to enter Edit mode.
- Click on the widget you want to deactivate to select it.
- In the Properties pane on the right side of the screen, find the "Active" property.
- Change the value of the "Active" property from "true" to "false".
- Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
