Deactivate Widget

Is there a way to deactivate a widget without deleting it entirely or without customizing a page directly? Just a general way of deactivating it.

there is no Active field for Widget; so you usually remove the widget from the page wherever it's used.

Hi @kyle231995 ,
I trust you are ding fine.

You can do this by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Service Portal page where the widget is located.
  2. Click on the "Edit" button to enter Edit mode.
  3. Click on the widget you want to deactivate to select it.
  4. In the Properties pane on the right side of the screen, find the "Active" property.
  5. Change the value of the "Active" property from "true" to "false".
  6. Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
