Decision Table Not Working

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with a Decision Table that was working perfectly fine until this morning.

I use this Decision Table to trigger certain programs based on answers to Intake Questions. The mapping between the intake questions and the Decision Table inputs is handled through Flow Designer.

 

Everything appears properly configured and aligned, and all mappings are still correct.
However, the programs are no longer being triggered.

 

My Decision Table currently contains 319 rows. Could this be a performance-related issue causing the table to stop evaluating correctly?

It was working even earlier today with the same number of rows, but it suddenly stopped.

 

Has anyone experienced something similar? What could be the possible cause, and how can I resolve it?

Any suggestions or guidance would be really helpful.

then what changed this morning?

Did you try to add 1 more row in that?

Any recent upgrade?

any error it's throwing?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
We haven't updated anything this morning to the Decision table or to the flow.
There is not recent upgrade happened in the instance level.

Also, it is not throwing any error.. But the programs are not getting triggered.
What could be the cause of this issue.. Any suggestions?

did you test the Decision table by passing inputs and see if it's giving correct output?

Yes, I have tried to test the Decision table to run for all matches, and it is providing the output results.
But these results should be stored in a field, and they are not getting stored.

Also, if I manually add these programs to that List field, they are getting added.
