Hi guys, there is a declarative action called new that is on the case table. specifically on the child case related list. Right now when the user clicks the new button, it simply opens an empty case form for user to submit. Is there a way to modify the DA such that when the user clicks new, certain fields are copied from the parent case table into the child? for example is there a way to copy the short description from the parent case to the child case in DA?
