I am looking to create a Declarative List Action on the Change Request (change_request) table. The action should open a simple list of all active incident records (from the Incident [incident] table) when clicked.
Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:
- Add a list action on the change request list view.
- When the action is triggered, it should redirect to a simple list that shows all active incidents.
Has anyone implemented a similar solution or can provide guidance on how to configure this using declarative actions in the Agent Workspace or UI Builder? Any insights or best practices would be appreciated!
