Hi All,

 What is the default font family and font size for the article body text box in a kb article?

  As we can see from below screenshot there are no default settings.

Not really a good way to do this,

I've created an enhancement request on the idea portal for Service Now to fix this by creating a system property.

I'm adding the link to it here so that if anyone finds this please up vote the idea so we can get a better solution for this in the future.

I'm guessing you want to have a uniform look and feel for all your KB Articles.

Extending a little bit Omkar answer, you have a lot of options you can look for:

• You can change your default font face and font size in TinyMCE editor. (link here how to do it)
• You can apply a default CSS to your knowledge articles (link here how to do it)
