Default landing page to be Dashboard or Workspace? Is persona based landing page possible?

What is the best practice for default landing page for ITIL users? Dashboard or Workspace?

Also we have 2 different personas on our new project - Incident management and Asset management.

Based on above 2 personas we need to set default landing page. Is it possible?

If user are at manager role, then i prefer the Dashboard but if ITIL or fulfiller, then prefer to Workspace.
