Deflection metrics are not getting created in table when added deflection utility in VA topic?

i have added deflection utility in a topic and can see topic going through the block but when i verified deflection metric table(ssa_deflection_metric) there are no entries in it ,anything my instance is missing? i tried in PDI it works fine

We were recently informed that PRB1892895 has been opened to address deflections not being logged. No workaround until Zurich.
