Delegation History in Notes / History

Hello Everyone,

I am wondering if it is possible for delegation history to appear in the notes/history/audit history of a change request. 

For example, show if a delegate received an e-mail to approve a change request, and if they approved it. Currently, it appears to just skip over delegates entirely in the notes/history/audit

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
