I have deleted a table, it was customized i'm using this 'sys_metadata_delete.list. but unable to recover the fields its all shown here. how to do please help. its Australia release PDI. One more thing i'm unable to see this deleted fields in the Audit Deleted files. it shows me 19 hours before data.

You have two options to undelete (= bring them back to life), from the list of from the form view.
List view, it allows you to select more records at once, mark them with the check box in the left-most position of the list and then go to the list action:
and select Undelete Records, then all the marked records will be Undeleted:
Or select one particular record, open it and click the button, this is optimal for a single record, not for multiple, it must be done one by one:
