Deleted incident

Hello Community,

It was reported that we have a deleted incident which occurred yesterday I navigated to Audit Records but could not find it. Any further suggestions to try and locate please would be great.

Open sys_delete_recovery and click on rollback related link and click on yes it will rollback.

Hi @Ralton Stewart ,

As told by Anand got to sys_delete_recovery table sort with the filter created mention the time at which you think it might got deleted. If the person who deleted the record is known the you can add extra filter created by by putting user id of the same user.
