Deleted page still showing when I Impersonate

Hi all,

 

I took over the system from someone else. There used to be a page that redirected users to their destination, but that page has since been removed.

However, when I impersonate newly created users, they are still being redirected to the deleted page. I've checked everything I can think of—I’m confident I removed it from sys_properties, Pages, and other relevant areas. I also used ServiceNow Studio to search for anything related, but I couldn’t find any remaining references.

Are they anything special with newly created users?

Any help will be appreciated, thanks 🙂

Try cache.do and then try . else log a now support case.

Most probably it is coming from cache. Clear your browser history & cache and perform cache.do and from scripts background, run gs.invalidateCache();

Logout from browser and login again. Also, try from Incognito mode or InPrivate window and see if it works. If this does not resolve the issue, log a support case with ServiceNow.
