Deleted view is still appearing in views table

We have created a custom view but as we do not need it again, I have tried deleting the record from views table, but after some time the view is again visible in the views table. I have deleted the related view rules as well.What is the reason behind this?

Check server script  like Business rule , script include etc, if from there view is getting created/inserted.

is it for the workspace view rule or is it for native only or did you add this on workspace as well ?
and please remove your cache or try to log out and login some time we have cache issue as well
