Deleting and then Re-Attaching a document is removing Approver Names from 'Waiting in Approval'

Hi All,

 

When deleting and then re-attaching a document in a RITM, the Approver Names are getting invisible in the 'Waiting for Approval' section. ( More so when you are raising a RITM in a different language. ). 

 

Does anyone have any idea on this?

Have your approval records been affected e.g. moved to 'No longer required'? If they have changed but the main record hasn't shifted state then that could cause this.
