When personalizing the sc_req_item form, there is a form object labeled 'Delivery Plan Schedule'. When adding this to the form (by default it is added to the Self Service form), it display a summary of the Tasks associated with the Item.
I want to be able to customize this page. I have searched in vain for where it might be. Anyone have any idea if it is possible to customize this and how?
Problems with the page the way it is:
The terminology "Delivery Plan" is not really used anywhere else. Not even by Service-now. Delivery Plans have been replaced by Execution Plans and/or Workflow. I want to change the name here.
Expected Start is complicated to figure out. Right now we are not using this field and I want to remove the column.
Thanks,
Chris

There is a Formatter defined for it. To my knowledge it doesn't give access to the actual script that runs, only an XML file name.

Ahhh, I see it now. You are right. Just an XML filename. I read here (http://wiki.service-now.com/index.php?title=Overriding_a_Formatter_with_Macros) that you can override this with your own Macro. It looks like this is what I need to do.
It would help to have the contents of the sc_req_item_delivery_plan.xml file to use as a template to start. Anyone at Service-now willing to share the contents of this XML file so that I don't have to start from scratch?

Do you just want to change the label to say Execution Plan/WorkFlow?
If you haven't you can change the label(if you have the security to do this), you mouseover the label that you want changed. Right click on your mouse it should open up a box that has 'Personalize label' and other things if you go into this one and change the Label field to what you want it to say. This will change this label throughout the system to say whatever you change it to.
