Yes that is expected one mate. You need to pay$200 to start with delta exam. It is mandatory for everyone.

It's not specific to the exam, it's a membership fee to stay in the program...then you can take all of your deltas for "free".

Until and unless your company having any enterprise agreement on CMP fee, you have to pay 200 USD/200 learning credits.

Before doing it , If in your company , any ServiceNow practice (ServiceNow Capability) is there - Check with them.
