Demohub Demo Data issue

The Demohub installation process has been the same for years. But recently, the process requests that you Zboot the instance, and check the "Reinstall demo data after ZBoot".  We then have to raise a Support call to delete the demo data, which can take upto 2 days.  Can we not just uncheck the "Reinstall demo data after zBoot" and as such there should be no demo data afterthe zBoot?

Ok - Great thanks for the conformation of that piece. And then after the zBoot, we still have to raise a support call to "Remove Demo Data" from the instance? As per the process attached below. Can you confirm this is required? Thanks Bill..
