How to remove the department from the beth's team
you need to identify the UI builder component which is rendering this and then tweak it
Steps (ensure you are in scope "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management")
1) go to this URL -> https://instanceName.service-now.com/now/builder/ui/edit/experience/8ad40be90fe120102208555db4767e7b/ca1b8b0c0ff120102208555db4767e23/6103b475eb3011106eb96bf3a252282b
2) duplicate this "Case SRP" variant and give any name and give order as 40 as this will take precedence
2) then search click Department container and click on that and then in configure on right side in component visible set True
