Dependency in release task

Hi guys, I need advise/assist on the requirements that I wanted to do. In my release tasks table, there is 2 sub task. How can i update the planned start date for 10.02 when 10.01 planned end date close or complete.

 

Planned Start date (10.02) = Planned end date (10.01)

I try to use this planned task relationship. But it doesnt update.

Not sure or I am missing something. Plan end date is is less than plan start date?
