Hello @Betty ,

just click on theNUMBER NAME OR THE COLUMN.

it will sort accordingly 

its just same like native view sorting .

Hi,

if it is a OOTB Data Table from Instance Definition widget then you can sort the list by default.

1. on portal Ctrl +right click go the page designer. click on widget and click on edit button as shown beow.

2. It will open the below screen here you can add the Order by and Order direction.

3.  or you can click on the any column it will sort accordingly.
