Determine Configuration Item for Incident / Request

Hi All,

We are received emails for ups alerts with description. We want to determine the CI for these calls. 

I created prediction model with input as short description and description. But it gives prediction as Unknown most of the time.

Any suggestions.

You will need to share what you exactly did, because with this information we need to guess. My guess is your emails don't contain sufficient information for the prediction model to decide on the ci. Without knowing what is coming in and what you are asking it to look at, we can't help.
