Determine the expiry date of a survey

Hi all

I have created a survey  where it will be generated when ever a incident  or an request is changes to complete and user gives his acceptance to the solution but if the user don't  take the survey at that moment a notification will be sent to his mail to complete the survey  but I want to determine the expiry of the survey that user cannot be able to give the survey after 15 days of his acceptance to the solution  how can I achieve this

Hello @chaitanyakumarD -
Navigate to asmt_metric_type and You have to add days in assessment duration field.
Example if duration field value is 14 and ticket is created today then due date would be 14 days from now. if user does not respond to it. it will be cancelled automatically and it will not come for the filling the survey.
