Dear Community,
I am using Dev instance and due to weekend, I did not logged in. Its only 3 days since I logged in last.
Now, it shows offline and after clicking refresh it's not getting Active. The URL is also not working and History is also missing.
I've my work saved in it and was working on an application.
QQ. Is there a way if I can activate the current instance which I'm using?
QQ. If not, then is it possible to take a backup from this and release it?
Any leads would be helpful.
(screenshot attached for better understanding).

Current status:
- Developer Site: Available
- New PDI provisioning: Paused
- PDI reclaim and wake actions: Paused
- Existing PDIs: Some remain offline
- User action required: None at this time
ServiceNow does not expect any data loss. Affected PDIs are currently hibernating, and the data stored on them is expected to remain available once the instances are restored.
If your PDI is offline, you will need to wait until it becomes available again before accessing your data. No action is currently required.
ServiceNow is continuing to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
