Title: PDI dev398603 reclaimed – Is recovery possible?
Hello,
My Personal Developer Instance (dev398603) was scheduled for automatic reclamation on September 19, 2026. I received the notification emails about the reclamation.
Before the reclamation, the instance became available again after being offline, but after September 19 I can no longer access it. In the Developer Program portal, I now only see “Request Instance” and I cannot find any history or information about dev398603.
I had an ongoing Flow Designer / Event Management project in the instance, including custom flows, subflows, actions, and integrations, and I had not finished backing up all the configuration.
Is there any official way to recover the instance or at least retrieve its Flow Designer/Event Management configuration after reclamation?
If recovery is not possible, is there a specific ServiceNow Developer Program or support channel I should contact to confirm the status of the instance?
Thank you!

If PDI is reclaimed, you will loose all your data.
Refer: Keeping PDIs Available for Active Builders: Upcoming PDI Reclamation Changes
Please check this Personal Developer Instance (PDI) Guide
Where it is written-
"When a PDI is reclaimed, the instance is unassigned from you, reset to its original state, and reassigned to another Developer Site user. Reclaiming instances allows ServiceNow to supply active developer site user with free instances."
There is no support available in PDI.

Hello @BrayanM40480709 ,
Unfortunately its no . My Instance also get reclaimed few days back .There is no official support for PDI's .
Always remember if you are working on business requirement in pdi then always take its backup even work is done or in progress , so if unfortunately pdi get offline/reclaim it will not affect your work .
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
Regards,
Aditya
