dev182850 - infrastructure maintenance for 24+ hours

Hi 

My ServiceNow Dev instance (PDI) is under maintenacne for more than 24+ hrs. Is this due to an outage or is it my PDI stuck?  Can someone from Support team assist please.

This is reply from SN team.

 

We have some clarification from the PDI team now. New software installations across the PDI server infrastructure have temporarily caused several instances to go offline. The affected PDIs will remain unavailable until the installations are complete. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
