Hi @SharifM ,
notice that there is no support available for PDIs, hence you can only wait to it gets online or release and request a fresh installation .

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

Hi @SharifM,
I'm using PDI without interruption. If you are facing issue still after ~24 hours, you can request new instance. Since we don't have any support for PDI related issues.

Hi @SharifM ,
Can you try to open https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do in incognito/InPrivate browser once.
There is no support available for PDI.
If PDI is offline for more than 24 Hours , go for Request new instance.
