Developer Instance doesn't load from last two days

Developer Instance doesn't load from last two days and can't click on Report either!

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

FYI, earlier Backup and restore feature was available for PDI's which is disccontinued since 15 DEC 2022

Hi @Dk nov ,

 

Looks like ServiceNow has shutdown/claimed back a lot of instances recently
I have lost 2 of my own PDIs

 

if you could wait, wait for few for 2 or 3 more days and release your instance and request a new one

same happened to me, seems every few months. I've gotten lots of practice rebuilding a new instance from saved update sets. takes less than an hour. But re-activating the plugins I had takes more time.
