Hello,
Nothing can be done, Servicenow employees are not monitering anything related to instances and they have disabled feedback option used to be there on Developer site hence wait it will be resolved automatically.

Hello,
Nothing can be done from our side. Servicenow are no longer monitoring anything related to personal instances and they have disabled feedback option used to be there on Developer site. Hence, wait it will be resolved automatically.
Even I was facing the same issue till last week. It was showing Undergoing maintenance and instance was Offline.
You have to wait until it gets fixed automatically.
Alternative is to raise new Instance request from another account for the time being.

Hi Basavaraj,
Instance help is no longer monitored by Servicenow. And you might know this is a known issue these days and servicenow does not provide PDI related help. you can wait if possible so it can be back online which happened for many users. Other than that the only option is to release and request a new instance.

NOTE: There is no time frame I would say if you can wait wait for 10 days because after that it will eventually be taken back.
