Developer Instance not waking up since last week

My ServiceNow developer instance is not walking up since last week. Is there any major change or upgrade happening that is causing this scenario. Please comment.

There is an announcement on this  ( as attached ).Hope you got to see this .

Thank you i had not seen that, i only got the one about the developer portal being down for a short while last week that still seems to be up.
