Hi everyone,
I've created a maintain item with a simple workflow that doesn't include creating an sc_task. The workflow clearly states that the maintain item's status should be open when the request is opened, but it still forces the status to delivered. I've reviewed BR, UI Policies, and Client Script that can force the status to delivered, but I can't find anything. Any ideas?
Thank you very much, and best regards.

Hi,
Can you check the line as highlighted in the below image. You will see the stage name at the right side, scroll the view to the right if the stage name is not visible. Just click the X button to delete the stage.

Hello @tomaslindev ,
Do you see this value in State field or Stage field?
From the screenshot, the stage is set between Step 8 and 9 in the second screen shot. You can click that line and delete the stage by clicking the close button (X) and may solve your issue.
Thank you,
Palani

Thank you very much, it seems that the change of status was established there.
