Hi everyone, today I tried to start my instance and saw that it's offline. I'm clicking Refresh but nothing happens, is there anything that can be done?

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

There is no support available for PDI.

If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.

You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

Try to close your browser and relaunch the browser to know the actual status of your instance.

Hi

Probably its hibernating. Wait for sometime or if you dont need any data in it release instance and request for new one. 

Also try opening the instance in incognito mode - sometimes helps
