Hi everyone, today I tried to start my instance and saw that it's offline. I'm clicking Refresh but nothing happens, is there anything that can be done?

@lucasazevedo, refresh your instance and give it some minutes before retrying...

Hi @lucasazevedo 

 

If more than 24 hours have passed and your instance has not waken up then  I recommend to release the instance and requesting a fresh PDI.

As you’re aware, there is no support available for PDI instances.
