Developer Instance password displayed as asterisks

After being allocated a developer instance, user is displayed a dialog that shows details of the instance. In this dialog the admin password is shown as asterisks, as in the attached screen shot.

Posting here as PDIs do not show any other contact channel.

Funny thing is that after clicking on  the system asks user to change password, but in order to do that you need to enter the current password.

Thanks guys for your replies. I just found out that apparently the password is initially set to literally 10 asterisks: **********

So it just needs to be changed from that to something else.

I can provide you with general steps on how to reset your admin password in ServiceNow:

1. Go to the ServiceNow Developer site.

2. Log in with your credentials.

4. Click on 'Action' next to the instance you want to manage.

5. Select 'Reset admin password'.

6. The new password will be displayed. Please note it down as it won't be shown again. Remember, the password is masked for security reasons.

If you forget your password, you can always reset it following the steps above.

HI @ITSM Dev ,

It's a known thing, as the per the new instances allocation, you get password as "asterisks".

Just follow the steps mentioned by @indian army

Then go to manage instance password  and copy the password and login :
